I just love love making treat and creations at Halloween and other holidays! I know everyone loves a little treat once in a while and these are perfect!
This wrap was inspired by the new Motley Monsters Designers Series Paper and the Fridge Scissors. As you can see, I took the colors right out of the paper! Smart idea right?!?! I used the coordinating Freaky Friends Stamp Set for the different monsters :)
I love how easy Stampin' Up! makes it for us to coordinate our colors! Thanks for doing it all!
Here you can see how the fridge just adds some flare to the tops and sides of the candy wrap. It's also a run little addition for some "MONSTER" hair! The one tip I have for the fridge scissors is that if you have to cut a longer fringe, don't cut all the way through. Cut slightly and then slide your scissors forward and cut all the way. This will prevent you from snipping off some of the fringes. I do like to cut a little at an angle if I have several of the fringes in a row like the top of the wrap. You can see a couple in the bottom picture that are a little shorter than the rest.
The baker's twine adds just enough to make your eye separate the front from the fringe. We have several colors of baker's twine.Baker's Twine
And what is in that wrap? WELL POPCORN! Who doesn't love to get some popcorn to pop at their convenience? It's cheap and an easy gift.
