Super Saturday

Wow...what a great background!  A little ink drops and shaving cream can create such an awesome backdrop for any type of card.  Just be careful not to get the ink on your fingers....a set of gloves are totally appropriate for this technique.

Pacific Point, Garden Green and Basic Grey are the color of reinkers that I used.  When using the shaving cream, don't use too much...just a thin 1/2 in layer in a glass/plastic pan works great.  Add a stamped image, a great banner, ribbon, and a glimmer brad.

Great way to start the New Year!

On this great Wednesday morning to kick off the new year, I find myself in my craft room getting ready for Leadership Conference in Houston.  My neices are sleeping on the couch and the rest of my family is still snoring away too.  As much as I hate mornings, I do love the calmness of a solitary morning.  Well Happy New Year everyone!  Enjoy your day!  I must get these swaps done!
